'I Survived' Author Lauren Tarshis Visits Cranbury Elementary School

Cranbury
On Oct. 5, Cranbury Elementary School welcomed author Lauren Tarshis, who has written fiction, non-fiction and historical fiction including the “I Survived” series. She shared her story about how she became an author, the challenges that she faced, and her writing process with Cranbury students in third, fourth and fifth grades. Tarshis also signed copies of her latest books for all the students.
Tarshis is the SVP Editor-in-Chief & Publisher of the Classroom Magazine Division at Scholastic, Inc., which includes Storyworks magazine, a language arts magazine for children in grades 3-6
